1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Viral Pollers you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the platform.
2. The marketplace
Viral Pollers connects brands with street-interview creators (pollers). We facilitate campaigns, deliverables, distribution and payments, but brands and pollers are responsible for the content they create and the agreements they make.
3. Accounts & eligibility
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You're responsible for activity on your account. Pollers connect their own social accounts; brands connect channels they're authorized to represent.
4. Content & rights
Creators retain ownership of content they produce unless a campaign agreement transfers or licenses specific usage rights. Usage rights, posting permissions and reposting must be agreed per campaign in the distribution settings.
5. Connected accounts & analytics
Connecting a social account lets Viral Pollers read public performance metrics to verify deliverables and attribute campaign results. We never request your private messages. You control your permissions at any time in Settings.
6. Payments
Campaign budgets, payouts and platform fees are processed through the platform. Payout and billing details are configured in Settings → Billing & Payouts.
7. Prohibited conduct
No fraud, fake engagement, harassment, illegal content, or misuse of other users' data. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated, and continued use means acceptance.
